development and organization of this seminar. No “Thank You” is such a prayer that cannot be seen or

from the fact that today, this one-year-old program has
entered adulthood. When Modern School initiated the Lets make a new beginning in Empowering Diverse
Sportability programme, there were a lot of questions, Abilities Through Sports.
as to how the school would be able to cater to the
sporting needs, access
and abilities of persons
with special needs. It was
a small beginning………...
Our learning has been
that all it took was one
small step with the right
intention, to expand to
where the programme
is now. I sincerely
convey our gratitude to
Mrs. Pant, for being our
guiding light and torch
bearer.

Any seminar or program
at this scale is only
possible if you have
an effective go-getter
like Dr Datta, Principal,
Modern School leading
the team. Working
with him with well-
trained members and
staff from each and
every department from
the Modern School as
well as the supporting
officials from Board Of
Trustees was a delightful
experience. My sincere
